SBG Technology Solutions, Inc. (SBG) has been awarded four Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) multiple-award contracts. These contracts will allow SBG to submit bids on a variety of future tasks.

"SBG has the experience and proven record of modernizing mission-critical transformations, enabling Federal and Commercial customers to realize goals," said Carlos Del Toro, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SBG. "With the award of these four additional contracts, SBG is afforded an even greater opportunity to deliver critical solutions to our federal government and commercial customers."

RS3 – SBG has been selected as a prime contractor for the U.S. Army's Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) contract with a 10-year period of performance. The contract scope includes professional services for government programs that feature command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR) requirements. RS3 primary service areas include engineering; research, development, test and evaluation (RDT&E); logistics; acquisition and strategic planning; and education and training services.

ITES-3S – As a Joint Venture Partner of T-Four LLC, SBG will be able to bid on the 9-year U.S. Army Contracting Command's Information Technology (IT) Enterprise Solutions 3 Services (ITES-3S) task orders.
