DC-Supply is a leading business within container-based solutions for the defence industry. We develop and produce state-of-the-art container-based solutions designed to be able to meet operational and tactical requirements for the defence forces of the future.

DC-Supply is best known internationally for its unique, transportable and container-based dog kennels, mine sweepers and radar. All three are highly-specialised and operational tools, built into standard 20' ISO containers. Solutions which are therefore flexible, safe and quick to transport and use, regardless of whether for training or exercises at home, or on tough missions around the world.

Close cooperation with Danish Defence

In addition to the three specialities above, DC-Supply has supplied numerous products to national and international locations and missions. All DC-Supply's container-based defence products are developed in close consultation with the users, and go on to be used in a wide range of tough environments. Our mobile container solutions are used by the army, navy and air force at barracks, naval and air bases, plus for exercises and international postings and missions.

Ideal for international missions

One of the most important reasons why container-based solutions for tactical materiel requirements are ideal, is that more and more military operations take place in regions far away from home territory. Containers provide the easiest, safest and most flexible way to solve transportation problems, e.g. for international missions - and will continue to do so. They also mean that the hardware used is familiar to military personnel, and they make it far easier to build in systems such as air conditioning and ventilation, when an entire tactical function can be packed into what is essentially a box.

Family-owned business

DC-Supply has always been wholly owned by the Fossing family since it was founded in 1981. The second generation in the form of Klaus Fossing is now in control, with the original founders of Bente and Michael Fossing still on the board.

Based in northern Jutland, Denmark, means our head office is centrally located within its primary business area of Northern Europe, including Scandinavia, the UK, Benelux, Germany etc. Apart from the facilities we have here, we maintain strategic stores throughout Denmark - especially in large cities such as Aarhus and Copenhagen.

From our origins in civilian logistics, we have concentrated on the development, sale and rental of container solutions since 1986. Our extensive know-how within the field means that our products are not only used by defence forces, but also by the civilian market, for TV stations, amusement parks and retailers such as IKEA, not to mention a range of other enterprises able to benefit from the technology developed for high-end defence purposes.

Formerly known as 'Danish Container Supply'

In recent years, the growing demand for ever-larger international missions has meant a strategic shift for DC-Supply to a more international focus, including acting as a supplier to a wide range of leading international enterprises within the defence industries.

We also have a long tradition for logistics within defence, and have supplied logistic solutions for missions to the Balkans, Middle East and Africa. Up until 2011, the company was internationally known under the name of Danish Container Supply.

Respected and consolidated

DC-Supply is a respected and consolidated Danish company, with a strong corporate culture focusing on quality, partnership, respect and safety.

We currently employ around 50 people, and because of the high-tech and skilled nature of the work, they include engineers, construction engineers, graphic artists, metalworkers, joiners and administration personnel.

DC-Supply is dedicated to expanding its position as market leader within container-based, transportable solutions for national and international tactical defence missions.
