Wyle Awarded Contract Valued at Up to $47 Million to Provide U.S. Navy Support

Wyle to Evaluate Navy Systems Operational Effectiveness and Suitability

Wyle has been awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, multiple-award contract worth more than $15 million to provide technical and analytical support to Commander, Operational Test and Evaluation Force.

The contract, also known as COMOPTEVFOR Operational Test and Evaluation Support Services, has a total aggregate value of $47,118,477 if all options are exercised.

The company will provide test and evaluation services including requirements analysis, test planning, test execution support, data collection and analysis, and test reporting to evaluate the operational effectiveness and suitability of a variety of U.S. Navy systems including aviation, surface, subsurface and C4ISR systems, sensors, and operational equipment.

Work will be performed in Norfolk, Va., and is expected to be completed in June 2014. If all contract options are exercised, work will continue through June 2016.
