Wyle Wins U.S. Navy Air Warfare Contract Valued at $59 Million

Wyle to Assist Naval Operations Air Warfare Division in Planning, Resourcing and Execution of Programs

Wyle has been awarded a contract with a value of$59,038,129 to provide professional, technical, and administrative support services for the Air Warfare Division in the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations.

Wyle is one of three companies to win the cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a ceiling of more than $166 million. Wyle and the other companies will compete for task orders under the terms and conditions of the contract.

Wyle will assist the Navy in the planning, resourcing and execution of naval aviation programs, readiness and manpower. The company will support the Air Warfare Division in the areas of financial management, data collection, process research, requirements and capability development and analysis, Navy and joint service warfare requirements, program support planning, and programming and budget execution.

All work will be performed at the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations in the Pentagon and is expected to be ongoing through April 2016. Work will continue into April 2019 if all options on the contract are exercised.

Wyle's subcontractors include Amelex, Ausley Associates, Capitol Defense Consulting, DCS Corporation, ICI Services, ITG Global, James Rowley Associates, Lynch Consultants, RBC, Rollout Systems, and Systems Planning and Analyses.
